Cleanup Columns
To shorten the sample cleanup process for mycotoxin analysis, Romer Labs® offers a wide variety of cleanup columns, ranging from a simple one-step cleanup technology to immunoaffinity cleanup columns. These cleanup columns, some of which part of AOAC and CEN methods.
Romer Labs® provides the following cleanup solutions.
MycoSep® Cleanup Columns and MultiSep® Cleanup Columns represent one-step cleanup columns containing packing materials made of adsorbent mixes specially designed for all food and feed commodities, for fast cleanup within 30 seconds. Cleanup is possible for all EU regulated mycotoxins.
The MycoSpin™ 400 purification column is designed to purify all regulated mycotoxin matrices, shortening the procedure time. Used before LC-MS / MS multi-mycotoxin analysis.
The wide range of StarLine™ immunoaffinity columns (IAC) for regulated mycotoxins is based on a specific antibody-analyte binding technology. Toxin-specific antibodies coupled to gel particles capture the mycotoxins in the sample and release them after a washing step.
